Policies

1. All lessons and packages are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to complete your lessons, you may gift them to another person. We would just need their full name and number for our records.

2. We have a 24 cancellation policy to respect everyone’s time. If you have to cancel within 24 hours due to sickness, we do require a doctors’ note or else the lesson is forfeited.

3. All lessons must be paid in advance to book on the schedule, with the exception of your first consult and/or lesson, whichever is first.

4. All lessons are 45 minutes and include 2 people.

5. All consultations and intro lessons are 30 minutes.

6. Students are responsible for scheduling their lessons.
